Our story

Our vision of becoming the leading Finnish colocation provider started to realize in 2011 when an old military bedrock tunnel was transformed into a modern, secure data center. Sustainability was at the core of our operations from day one. Customers and the service they receive is our top priority and still is today.

Today we are one of the largest data center providers in Finland. Our well-known public cloud services and our data centers (The Air in Helsinki, The Rock in Pori and The Deck in Tampere), provide easy-to-use cloud management platforms that combine the best of both public and private clouds, secure connectivity and various value-added services that are at your disposal.

In 2022, our company joined the Digital 9 Infrastructure (D9) portfolio and later that year we joined forces with Verne Global by rebranding Ficolo into Verne Global. The pivotal partnership is set to provide hyperscalers and enterprises with expanded connectivity and efficient, innovative solutions to drive digital transformation throughout Europe.
